AirConnect

Meet AirConnect: The Next Generation of Air Lift Air Management

10/11/2011

Adjustable air springs give you the flexibility to change suspension support as your load changes. But making those adjustments shouldn’t mean reaching for a portable compressor or manually filling and deflating your air springs every time you hook up a trailer, load the bed, or change what you’re carrying.

Meet AirConnect, the next generation of Air Lift air management.

AirConnect brings the functionality drivers expect from onboard air management to a new, more integrated platform. With improved wireless connectivity, intuitive control through the Air Lift app, custom pressure presets, and multiple system configurations, AirConnect makes it easier to manage your air springs wherever the road takes you.

A Better Wireless Air Management Experience

WirelessOne and WirelessAir established the convenience of wireless air spring control. AirConnect builds on that foundation with a more modern control experience and a major focus on one of the most important parts of any wireless system: connectivity.

AirConnect uses updated wireless technology designed to provide improved range and reliability compared with previous generations, creating a stronger, more consistent connection between you and your air spring system.

The result is simple: less time thinking about the connection and more confidence that your air management system is ready when you need to make an adjustment.

Control AirConnect Your Way

AirConnect puts air spring adjustment on your compatible smartphone through the new Air Lift app [Do we have a webpage for the app?].

From the app, you can inflate or deflate your air springs and save commonly used pressure settings as custom presets. AirConnect supports up to five presets within the app, making it easy to return to frequently used settings without starting from scratch each time.

Single Path vs. Dual Path: What’s the Difference?

AirConnect is available in both single-path and dual-path configurations, allowing you to choose the type of control that best matches how you use your vehicle.

Tools, cargo, equipment, or other gear can sometimes put more weight on one side of a vehicle than the other. With dual-path control, you can independently adjust the air springs to help compensate for those uneven loads.

A Closer Look at AirConnect EZ Dual Path

For drivers looking for independent air spring control and a simplified installation, AirConnect EZ Dual Path (27400EZ) brings several of AirConnect’s key advantages together in one system.

AirConnect EZ Dual combines dual-path air spring control, a heavy-duty onboard compressor, enhanced wireless connectivity, Air Lift app control, and a pre-assembled EZ Mount.

Through the app, you can independently monitor and adjust each air spring, giving you the flexibility to respond when your load changes or weight isn't evenly distributed.

Independent Control for Changing Loads

Not every load is perfectly balanced.

EZ Mount: Designed for an Easier Installation

Adding onboard air management means installing more than a controller. There’s a compressor, manifold, wiring, air lines, and mounting hardware to consider.

That’s where EZ Mount comes in.

For AirConnect EZ Dual, that pre-assembled package includes a heavy-duty compressor to provide the onboard air needed to make pressure adjustments when your load changes.

More Than One Way to Use Dual Path

Dual-path control is designed to provide independent control of the two air spring paths, but AirConnect's dual-path architecture can also provide another option.

A dual-path system can be configured to operate the air springs together through one path, freeing the second port to serve as an auxiliary air outlet. That available air can be used for items such as bike tires or inflatables when needed.

That gives customers another way to configure their AirConnect system based on how they use their vehicle.

Find the AirConnect Configuration That Fits Your Needs

AirConnect isn't limited to one configuration. The lineup makes it easier to select the level of control, compressor capability, and installation setup that works for you.

AirConnect Single Path (27980) provides app-based single-path control with a standard-duty compressor.

AirConnect Dual Path (27400) adds independent air spring control with a standard-duty compressor.

AirConnect EZ Single Path (27980EZ) combines single-path control with a heavy-duty compressor and pre-assembled EZ Mount.

AirConnect EZ Dual Path (27400EZ) pairs independent air spring control with a heavy-duty compressor and EZ Mount.

AirConnect EZ + Tank Dual Path (27100EZ) adds an Extreme Duty compressor and tank for customers looking for dual-path air spring control with additional onboard air capability.

Instead of navigating separate air management product families to find the functionality you need, AirConnect brings multiple configurations together on one platform.

A New Generation of Air Lift Compressor Control

AirConnect brings Air Lift wireless compressor control together on a more modern, streamlined platform, with multiple configurations designed to fit different towing and hauling needs.

For drivers, that means the familiar convenience of onboard air with improved wireless connectivity, intuitive control, and the flexibility to choose the configuration that fits how they use their vehicle.

AirConnect is wireless air control, refined – better connectivity, intuitive control, and multiple configurations built around the way you tow and haul.

Prefer a dedicated controller? A redesigned AirConnect wireless controller is also available separately, giving you another way to adjust your system without reaching for your phone.

Heading to work with tools in the bed? Hooking up the trailer for the weekend? Running unloaded again on Monday? AirConnect gives you an easier way to adjust your air spring system as your needs change.

AirConnect

Dual-path control gives you the ability to adjust each air spring independently rather than applying the same pressure to both sides. This makes AirConnect EZ Dual particularly useful when cargo or equipment creates an uneven side-to-side load.

And because the compressor is already onboard, adjustments can be made without finding an external air source.

AirConnect

On AirConnect EZ configurations, the compressor and manifold arrive pre-assembled on the EZ Mount bracket, reducing the amount of component mounting required during installation. The bracket includes a U-bolt mounting option for drill-free installation as well as a self-tapping screw option.

A single-path air management system controls both air springs together. When you add or remove air, both air springs receive the same adjustment. For loads that are generally distributed evenly across the vehicle, single-path control provides a straightforward way to manage air spring pressure.

A dual-path air management system allows the two air spring paths to be controlled separately. That gives you additional flexibility when weight isn't distributed evenly from side to side.
