Load Control Systems

Compressor does not come on when the inflate button is pushed.
Gauges are not accurate to a tire gauge or other gauge.
Compressor comes on, but pressure does not build.

Load Controller II & Airtight Systems

Compressor comes on by itself and will not shut off by itself.
Fits open coil springs, front or rear.

Load Controller I Systems

Push switch to left and air does not go into the correct gauge or air bag.

Air Bags with No Compressor Systems

Horizontal cut in the side of the air bag. Bag leaks.
Other cut on air bag.
Rub mark on air bag. Bag leaks.
Air bag is melted.
Air Spring will not inflate.
Air spring will not hold air (more then 2-3 psi/week).
Flex member is pulled away form the crimp.

System Leaks

Leak in system.
Leak at the air line fitting.

Attachments

Brackets are bent or broken, and or bracket to frame bolts are broken.
Lower bracket has moved away from the axle towards the end of the leaf spring.
