Air Lift Company
Air Lift Company featuring WirelessAIR™
to premiere on Speed™ TV’s “Truck U” Show
Air Lift Company
LANSING, MI • August 4, 2010

Air Lift Company is proud to announce that it will be featured in an episode of the Truck U show which airs weekly on Speed™ TV.

Now in its fourth season on Speed™ , Truck U is the ultimate automotive how-to program for truck lovers dedicated exclusively to reaching the growing truck, 4X4, SUV, sport compact truck and off-road audiences. Truck U shows enthusiasts ways to take their trucks to entirely new levels of appearance and performance. The show’s hosts, Bruno Massel, master mechanic and professional drag racer on the NHRA National Tour, and Matt Steele, motorsports events host and monster-truck expert, take on hands-on projects crucial to serious off-roading and truck performance.

With Truck U and Air Lift sharing the same niche markets, Air Lift was presented with a unique opportunity to feature their products, including adjustable air springs and the revolutionary on board air compressor system, WirelessAIR™, in an upcoming episode. In the episode, entitled “Work & Play”, Bruno and Matt install Air Lift LoadLifter5000™ adjustable air springs and a WirelessAIR™ system on a project known as the Dodge Work and Play Truck.

Air Lift adjustable air springs provide superior ride quality and improved safety for your vehicle. Smooth riding suspensions can’t carry heavy loads and heavy steel springs ride rough, especially when the vehicle is unloaded. Adjustable air springs solve these problems by allowing you to tune your suspension under all load and road conditions.

WirelessAIR™, the most advanced on board air compressor system in the industry, is engineered to control two air springs independently for maximum flexibility. The WirelessAIRTM control system includes a compressor, manifold, wiring harness, and wireless digital controller — everything you need in one kit. With no wires, and no air lines to the cab, WirelessAIR™ achieves a new level of user freedom with the easiest installation on the market. About the size of a garage door opener, the wireless controller, conveniently clips to a vehicle’s visor and WirelessAIR™ can be used in or outside the vehicle, making it easy to make adjustments in full view of the vehicle.

The Air Lift Truck U episode will premiere on Speed™ on Sunday, August 8, 2010 at 12:30pm and will replay on Wednesday, August 11 at 3:30pm; Friday, August 13 at 10:00am; Sunday, September 19 at 11:30am; Wednesday, September 22 at 3:30pm; and Friday, September 24 at 10:00am. All times are ET. Please check local listings for exact time and be aware that Speed™ may change air dates or times due to live events, which pre-empt taped programming.

Air Lift on board air systems are the most advanced in the industry and work with all brands of air springs. They come standard with a two year limited on board air compressor system warranty. The WirelessAIR™ air compressor system (part No. 72000) is available for immediate purchase.

When Air Lift Company was founded 60 years ago, its fi rst promotional activity was the sponsorship of some of the earliest stock car racers in NASCAR ®, what was then the Grand National Circuit. Lee Petty, father of “The King” Richard Petty, was an early Air Lift driver. Today, Air Lift Company announces a return to stock car racing sponsorship, with a deal to put the Air Lift logo on the #29 car of young racing sensation Chad Finley in the ARCA Racing for Wildlife 200 at Michigan International Speedway on June 11, 2010. The race will be televised in high definition on the Speed™ channel beginning at 5:00pm ET.

Those early Grand National cars, including the famed “Air Lift Special,” raced on the sand at Daytona Beach, and found the Winners Circle at Darlington. Adjustable air springs were the fi rst approved adjustable suspensions in stock car racing. By the 70s, Air Lift adjustable suspensions were banned, with the claim the Air Lift teams had an “unfair advantage.” Now, of course, all stock car racers have adjustable suspensions. Today, Air Lift makes adjustable air suspension for load support in pickup trucks, SUVs and vans, and produces a line of Lifestyle and Performance air suspension for muscle cars and sport compacts. The company markets adjustable load support air springs and full air suspension kits to the automotive aftermarket worldwide from its plant and offi ces in Lansing, Michigan. This spring, ground was broken for an addition to the building which will nearly double the manufacturing and warehouse capacity.

Eighteen-year-old Chad Finley has been racing in the Lansing area since age 10, and broke into ARCA racing in 2009, fi nishing in the top 15 in all four races he entered. For 2010 he teamed up with Brad Keselowski Racing to campaign the AutoValue Parts Stores and Certifi ed Service Center/AutoParts2020.com Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS in a series of ARCA events.

Air Lift sponsorship of the #29 car is a celebration of the company’s 60 years in business, an acknowledgement of its racing heritage, and a tribute to its success. Air Lift Company is the premier global supplier and manufacturer of aftermarket air suspension products. New Suspension kit for Camaro
Lifestyle and Performance Line

LANSING, MI • May 21, 2010 — Air Lift Company’s Lifestyle and Performance division is excited to announce the release of their latest offering: full air suspension kits for the hot selling 2010 Chevrolet Camaro.

A fully adjustable, bolt-on kit, the Air Lift suspension offers a great look, with a lower stance for the Camaro, outstanding performance, and tunable ride quality. The kit fits both V-8 and V-6 models.

Air Lift’s engineering team has developed the ultimate suspension for the Camaro. This suspension is CAD designed, then tuned and optimized using the racetrack, real world public roads, and Air Lift’s industry leading hydraulic test rig, to provide the consumer with an unbeatable suspension.
The Camaro looks great with a lowered suspension. Starting with the static drops, the kits lower the car an amazing 4”over stock. To top it off, 22” wheels will tuck easily behind the fenders, giving you an enviable stance. And of course, with adjustable air suspension, the car can be raised to get over speed bumps, or up steep driveways.

Performance junkies will not be disappointed either. Road course testing with Air Lift’s data acquisition equipped Camaro helped the Air Lift engineers tune the suspension spring and damper rates for a handling experience rivaling that of a quality coil-over set-up. Lap times and feel both improved over stock.

Ride quality is a high priority with any Air Lift product, and the Camaro kit excels. The front uses a proprietary, 9-level adjustable strut. The rear features a QA-1 Air-Over Shock Assembly with a variable spring rate piston. This combination yields a sporty, well controlled, comfortable ride over any surface, and is tunable by the consumer.

In an effort to bring to market the most durable air suspension possible, Air Lift tortured the components of this kit to 1 million cycles on their hydraulic test rig at temperatures from -30 ̊F to 150 ̊F. Couple this lab work with thousands of miles of road testing and the 1 year manufacturer’s warranty, and this is a kit you can count on to handle whatever the road throws down.

Front (part No. 75575) and rear (part No. 75675) kits are available for immediate purchase. To experience the best in air suspension, combine the new kits with the AutoPilot Digital Control System — which may be purchased separately, or as a combo kit (part No. 95775) with the front and rear suspension. The Air Lift AutoPilot Digital Control System is the most advanced, easy-to-use and accurate system to control your air suspension system at the touch of a button!

Lifestyle and Performance is a division of Air Lift Company, featuring air suspension solutions for sport compacts, hot rods, sport trucks, custom cars and other lowered performance vehicles. Air Lift Company is the premier global supplier and manufacturer of aftermarket air suspension products.
