Lansing, MI–Air Lift Company announced today the release of LoadController™ Singleand Dual on-board air compressor systems that provide one-touch, in-cab control of installed air springs and feature a new, compact sized gauge that allows for easy mounting.LoadController™ Single (PN 25850 w/standard duty compressor, PN 25854 w/heavy duty compressor) allows the driver to inflate and deflate two air springs to the same pressure. Two springs will inflate at the same rate at the same time. This type of system is best if the load being hauled is evenly distributed on the right/left or front/rear.
LoadController™ Dual (PN 25852 w/standard duty compressor, PN 25856 w/heavy duty compressor) allows the driver to set air spring pressure individually. This system can control two air springs independently. LoadControler Dual is idea for the vehicle that is hauling uneven loads that need adjustment from one side of the vehicle to the other for more advanced leveling capability.
LoadController™ Single and Dual on-board air compressor systems are both equipped with a new, compact sized gauge for easy mounting. One-touch control is built into the gauge to reduce overall size, so there is no need to find room in the vehicle to mount a large gauge panel. Even more convenient, there are three options to install the gauge in the vehicle: use the mounting pod included with the system, mount in any 2 1/8” gauge pod, or flush dash mount the gauge.
To protect the air springs, a low pressure sensor in the gauge automatically activates the air compressor if air spring pressure falls below a safe level. Both LoadController™ Single and Dual on-board air compressor systems are available with either a standard or heavy duty compressor. A standard duty compressor will work well for most customers who use their system on an intermittent basis. For daily use, the heavy duty compressor inflates faster and more quietly than the standard compressor.
Everything needed to install the LoadController™ Single or Dual system is included: compressor, wiring harness, air lines, gauge pod and hardware. LoadController™ on-board air compressor systems are easily installed with common mechanic tools in just a few hours. Begin by installing the compressor using the hardware provided, mount the gauge, hook up the air lines and finally, install the electrical components. Installation services are also available at one of Air Lift’s many installers. Find them on Air Lift’s website.
All Air Lift on-board air compressor systems allow customers to inflate and deflate their air springs with the touch of a button, thereby eliminating the hassle of finding a gas station with a working compressor. LoadController™ Single and Dual systems, as well as all other Air Lift on-board air compressor systems, work with any brand of air springs. All Air Lift compressor systems include a 2 year warranty and an industry exclusive 60 Day No-Questions-Asked-Money-Back-Guarantee.
Air adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI, Air Lift air spring kits increase safety and comfort by helping to level and stabilize vehicles when towing or hauling heavy loads. A level, stable vehicle results in better braking, steering, headlight aim and also reduces sway, “porpoising”, and bottoming out. Just add air when loaded and reduce air pressure when riding unloaded.

Lansing, MI – December 14, 2011 –Air Lift Company announced the release of six redesigned, improved, and easier to install LoadLifter 5000™ air spring kits for the 1999 – 2012 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 pickups, single and dual rear wheel, with 2 or 4 wheel drive. These underframe kits are specifically designed for trucks with in-bed hitches. As a dedicated suspension specialist since 1949, Air Lift Company strives to engineer and manufacture the highest quality and most innovative products. These six redesigned kits are a result of this commitment, featuring new brackets which reduce the installation time by as much as 50% for each kit. Each kit has been simplified with a two piece upper bracket design which allows the customer to install the air spring as an all-in-one assembly. As a result, installation time has been reduced by as much as 50%. The lower bracket design of each kit has also been improved. These new kits fit both gas and diesel models.
The following redesigned kits are available to ship immediately.
- Part No. 57393: 1999-2004 Ford F-250/F-350, S&DRW, 2WD
- Part No. 57390: 1999-2004 Ford F-250/F-350, S&DRW, 4WD
- Part No. 57397: 2005-2010 Ford F-250/F-350, S&DRW, 2WD (New kit, replaces existing kit No. 57394)
- Part No. 57398: 2005-2010 Ford F-250/F-350, S&DRW, 4WD (New kit, replaces existing kit No. 57394)

- Part No. 57394 (no longer available after 3/1/2012)
The current kit, 57394, is a popular SKU, but requires up to an additional two hours of installation time. This kit (57394) will remain an active SKU until February 28, 2012 to help with this conversion to the new part numbers listed above. As the 57394 fit both 4-wheel and 2-wheel drive vehicles, it will now be necessary to know if the customer has a 4-wheel or a 2-wheel drive truck to order the proper part number. These new kits are more universal and will work with all Ford F250/350 trucks from 2005-2010. For these reasons, it is recommended that customers maintain inventory of the 57394 kits to fill the existing short term demand.
LoadLifter 5000™ kits are Air Lift’s heaviest-rated kits, specifically engineered for hauling or towing heavy loads. Rugged and durable, LoadLifter 5000™ air springs are built like a tire and reinforced by 2-ply fabric. The end caps are constructed from ultra high-strength composite Nylon and are strong as steel but are lighter and corrosion proof.
