For over 60 years Air Lift has been providing solutions using air springs and control systems to solve complex problems in a diverse range of market segments. We continue that tradition today utilizing our advanced design and manufacturing capabilities to provide the most comprehensive line of control systems and air spring designs in the industry. We specialize in solutions ranging from the hundreds, to the multi-thousands.

CAD-
All design work is completed on the latest Auto CAD software including: Autodesk Inventor 2010 Professional and Master Cam

Rapid Prototype-
Quick turnaround first article samples utilizing our in house CNC plasma table, bending brake, and tubing bender. Or we can develop rapid prototypes using a stereolithography (SLA) process

CNC-
In house programming and machining on HAAS, vertical mills and turning centers

Air Spring Design-
Design and assembly process controlled in our Lansing MI, facility

Damper Design-
Ability to design, test and tune a wide range of shocks and struts including mono-tube, twin-tube and adjustable shocks and struts

Vehicle Dynamics-
In house Engineers trained in subjective and objective ride and handling development

FEA-
Product analysis utilizing latest Ansys and Autodesk software.

APQP-
Structure product development utilizing a stage gate approach similar to big three managed by ISO 9001:2001 processes including; FMEA,DFMEA,Control Plans, and GANNT charts

Product Validation-
Environmental testing and validation through a broad range of temperature and humidity ranges including the ability to subject parts to vibration. Hydraulic test rig capable of dual damper testing as well as a broad range of air springs
